INTERPOL Red Notice helps bring back fugitive Punetha

Jagdish Punetha—wanted in Uttarakhand for cheating and conspiracy—was finally brought back to India from the UAE on November 13.
His arrest happened thanks to an INTERPOL Red Notice and some serious teamwork between Indian and UAE authorities.
