Kaithal-Kurukshetra road accident claims 5 lives, 5 others injured

Early Monday morning, a head-on collision on the Kaithal-Kurukshetra road near Ghararsi village claimed five lives.
The accident happened around 7am and was reportedly caused by overspeeding, as shared by Station House Officer Dinesh Singh.
The victims were traveling from Bubka village, Ambala.

Locals had to cut open the cars to help trapped

The impact was so severe that locals had to cut open the cars to help those trapped inside.
Eighteen-year-old Vanshika is seriously injured and receiving treatment, along with four others from the second vehicle who were also injured.
Leela Devi was being taken for a medical follow-up.
Police are investigating what led up to this tragic event.
