Karnataka proposes crowd control law post-RCB stampede
After a chaotic stampede at Bengaluru's Chinnaswamy Stadium during the RCB celebrations, Karnataka is rolling out a new crowd management bill.
If passed, it could mean up to three years in jail and a ₹50,000 fine for failing to control crowds at big events.
