Ramesh Chennithala urges Kerala Onam vigilance
Chennithala called the operation a "people's movement," crediting teamwork between locals and police for making it work.
He said the crackdown has made drugs much harder to find and promised the fight isn't stopping anytime soon.
With Onam celebrations coming up, he also urged everyone to stay alert so that drug smuggling doesn't slip in under cover of the festivities: "We should not allow drugs to flow under the guise of Onam celebrations. The Toofan special drive is strong to ensure a safe Onam season."
