Kota resident commits suicide, blames 4 in note

In Kota, Rajasthan, 35-year-old Dushyant Pandey died by suicide at his home.
He left behind an eight-page note accusing four men—Narendra Nagar, Ravi Tiwari, Shankar Rai, and Rambhagat—of harassing him over money disputes.
Pandey had been struggling with financial problems and legal troubles related to cheque bounce cases.

Police are investigating the matter
