Ludhiana woman commits suicide over dowry harassment

A 29-year-old woman in Ludhiana lost her life after allegedly facing months of mental and physical abuse from her husband and mother-in-law over dowry.
She had been married for just 18 months, and despite her family giving more than what was asked, the demands reportedly didn't stop.
Tragically, she set herself on fire and later died from her injuries.
