Maharashtra man dies in urination dispute
A simple dinner out in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar took a tragic turn when a disagreement over public urination behind a poultry shop led to the death of 35-year-old Nitin Sankpal.
Things got heated after Sankpal tried to relieve himself, sparking an argument that quickly escalated into violence.
Accused granted bail on technical grounds
The fight involved Sankpal, his brother, and friend, and ended with one of the accused, Nanna Qureshi, attacking Sankpal with a meat cleaver.
Sadly, Sankpal didn't survive; his brother and friend were also hurt and taken to the hospital.
Police arrested Qureshi along with four others on serious charges including murder under the SC/ST Act—but despite this, all five were granted bail on technical grounds.
The case is still unfolding as authorities continue their investigation.
