Massive fire in Kolkata's Jeevan Sudha building
What's the story
A massive fire broke out in Kolkata's iconic Jeevan Sudha building. The establishment houses important organizations like the SBI, LIC and more. However, there was no casualty as offices were closed for Diwali and Kali Puja. The fire was spotted by an SBI official when he came to office briefly in the morning. Almost the whole of 16th, 17th and 18th floors were engulfed.

Reason for fire not yet known
Teams of fire department, police and disaster management have been rushed to the spot and the area has been cordoned off. Traffic movement has been diverted too. The reason behind the mishap is not yet known.
