Meerut: Young woman killed by stray bullet during wedding celebration

A wedding in Meerut turned tragic on November 24 when 20-year-old Aksa was fatally struck by a stray bullet fired during celebratory gunfire at the groom's procession.
The incident happened in the Lisadi Gate area, and police have registered an FIR against the groom Suhail, his brother Saqib, their father, and several unidentified guests.

Aksa was watching the baraat from her grandfather's terrace when shots were fired into the air; one hit her in the abdomen. She was rushed to hospital but didn't survive.
