NIA busts terror module linked to Delhi car blast
A car explosion near Delhi's Red Fort recently left 10 people dead and has sparked a big investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
Officials believe the attack was planned by Jaish-e-Mohammed following India's recent Operation Sindoor, which targeted terror camps in Pakistan after the Pahalgam attack.
The NIA says they've now uncovered a major terror module connected to this blast.
Main suspect identified as Umar U Nabi from Pulwama
Investigators have identified Umar U Nabi from Pulwama as the main suspect, saying he carried out the bombing after his associates were arrested in Faridabad.
These associates, including Dr. Muzammil Ahmad Ganai and Dr. Shaheen, are linked to explosives found during earlier raids.
Following the blast, security has been tightened across India—especially at airports and train stations in cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi—as authorities work to prevent any further threats.
