Noida-Ghaziabad's air quality improves a bit, but still "very poor"

India

Noida and Ghaziabad saw a slight improvement in air quality on Tuesday, though pollution levels stayed firmly in the "very poor" zone.
Noida's AQI was 352, Greater Noida hit 326, and Ghaziabad recorded 332—while Delhi topped the list at 354.
So, things are a touch better, but not exactly fresh air yet.

Weather helps a little; schools stay cautious

Stronger westerly winds helped clear out some smog, offering temporary relief. Meteorologist Mahesh Palawat noted that strengthening westerly winds were expected to gradually decrease fog intensity and improve AQI levels.
Because of ongoing high pollution, local schools kept younger kids online and older students on hybrid schedules as per official guidelines.
The weather stayed dry with temperatures ranging from 8.4°C to 25°C—so don't forget your mask if you're heading out!
