Pakistan-based handler praises Delhi bombing in new video

India

A new propaganda video has surfaced linking Ustad Farhatullah Ghauri, a Pakistan-based terror handler, to the recent suicide bombing near Delhi's Red Fort.
In the clip—recovered from dark-web channels run by Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba—Faisal openly praises the attack, saying it was a result of "injustice," but stresses that Muslims weren't the targets.
The incident echoes last year's Rameshwaram Cafe blast in Bengaluru, which Faisal also claimed.

How educated recruits are drawn in

The video features Dr. Umar Mohammad, accused of carrying out the Delhi bombing, who calls it a "martyrdom operation."
It highlights how groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed are now recruiting well-educated people and even planning women's wings with help from associates like Dr. Shaheen Saeed.
Faisal ends by warning that several more attacks would follow.
