The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced a peaceful protest march from India Gate to the Delhi Police Headquarters on September 5. The protest will be led by families of deceased NEET victims and those who suffered alleged police brutality during the July 20 "Sansad Chalao" march. The decision was taken after a meeting of the party's National Working Committee, which reviewed the government's failure to honor its commitments made on July 25.

The CJP has accused the government of playing delay games and hiding behind technicalities instead of implementing the promised commitments.
The party alleged that despite the Supreme Court repeatedly asking on August 18, the Union Government refused to give a clear commitment to do so.
"Our good faith cannot become an opportunity for the Government to betray us," they said in their statement.

CJP urges young Indians and student organizations to join protest
The CJP is urging young Indians, students, and student organizations to join the protest march.
They stressed that if the government's commitments mean anything, they must be honored in both letter and spirit.
The party's co-convener Saurav Das and Legal Affairs Lead Ratna Singh have warned that the government seems to be trying to deceive the younger generation after getting them to withdraw their agitation based on solemn commitments made at a joint press conference.

The government had promised to quash FIRs against student protesters and give ₹1 crore compensation to families of students who died after the NEET exam paper leak. However, these commitments remain unfulfilled.
The CJP's protest march on September 5 is a bid to hold the government accountable for its promises and demand justice for those affected by its inaction.
