They stood out for effectively utilizing key I4C anti-cybercrime platforms, setting up the country's first State Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (S4C), and launching an e-Zero FIR system so people can report cases online easily.

The state isn't just winning awards: it's actually helping people.
Telangana resolved 88% of cybercrime complaints through its Grievance Redressal Mechanism, and worked to restore ₹16.42 crore lost in 34,524 transactions.
They've also been quick to remove harmful links and respond to investigation requests, plus there's a helpline and helpful videos if you ever need them.
