Rajasthan: Gym owner shot dead in front of gym-goers
A shocking incident hit Kuchaman city, Rajasthan, on Tuesday morning when 40-year-old businessman Ramesh Rulania was shot and killed while working out at his local gym.
CCTV footage shows an unknown attacker walking in around 5:20am and firing at close range before escaping.
Sadly, Rulania did not survive the attack despite being rushed to the hospital.
Ties to Rohit Godara gang suspected
Police believe this murder is tied to extortion threats from the Rohit Godara gang—a group already infamous for organized crime and linked to a high-profile killing back in December 2022.
The news has left many local business owners uneasy, as several have reportedly received similar threats lately.
Investigators are now combing through CCTV footage to identify and track down the fleeing killer.
