Ram Temple now has train ticket counters for pilgrims
India
As of November 2025, anyone visiting the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya can book both reserved and unreserved train tickets right inside the temple.
Northern Railway's Lucknow division set this up to make travel less stressful during busy pilgrimage times.
The counters were opened by Champat Rai, general secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.
Travel just got easier for devotees
These new counters offer real-time train info and instant ticket booking, plus you can pay quickly with QR codes.
The service was created together with the temple trust.
Why it matters
Now, lakhs of pilgrims won't have to leave the temple grounds to sort out their travel—making things safer and way more convenient.
It's a smart move that brings essential services right where people need them most.
