Red Fort blast: Police detain suspect linked to Umar Nabi's mosque visit

India

Delhi Police have detained a 49-year-old man after spotting him visiting a Central Delhi mosque right after Umar Nabi, who's already under the scanner for the November 10 Red Fort blast.
Investigators are questioning him to piece together what happened before the explosion.

How police are tracking leads

To get answers, police checked footage from 50 CCTV cameras and traced Nabi's steps—he spent about 15 minutes at the mosque and then headed to the T5 parking area at 3:19pm notably without a mask.
They're also digging into mobile activity nearby and have already spoken with around 40 people who were in the area, hoping these clues will help them understand how events unfolded.
