Tamil Nadu transfers over 56 senior police officers on Monday

Big shake-up in Tamil Nadu Police! The state government just transferred over 56 senior officers, including SPs and DIGs, on Monday.
Both the Greater Chennai City Police and several districts are getting new faces in key leadership roles.

Chennai and district police posts filled

E. S. Uma steps in as DIG, headquarters for Chennai. K. S. Balla Krishnan is now DCP of the Cyber Crime Cell, while G. Gopi takes over as DCP, Flower Bazaar.
At the district level, S. Kuthalingam is now SP of Salem, A. C. Karthikeyan heads Tiruvannamalai, and others like Bhukya Sneha Priya (Mayiladuthurai) and Shiristi Singh (Tirupur) are also taking up new posts.
