Uttarakhand CM to support wedding shopping victim of Delhi blast

A car bombing occurred near Delhi's Red Fort metro station on November 10, killing at least 13 people and injuring over 20.
One of the injured, Harshul Setia from Uttarakhand, was out wedding shopping with his family when he was hurt and rushed to hospital.
Most victims are from Uttar Pradesh. Uttarakhand's Chief Minister has reached out to support Setia's family during this tough time.

NIA is treating the explosion as a terrorist attack

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is treating the explosion as a terrorist attack possibly linked to a "white-collar terror module."
The car owner, Dr. Umar Mohammad from Pulwama, is under investigation.
Several suspects have been arrested and nearly 3,000kg of explosives were seized in Faridabad as the NIA works to uncover who was behind the attack and why.
