Odisha CM Majhi demands strict action
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has condemned the incident and urged West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to take strict action against those responsible. "I am deeply shocked upon hearing this news," he said in a social media post. The incident has also led to political tensions between the ruling Trinamool Congress and opposition parties in West Bengal.
