Nikita reached the airport at 1:25pm for a 3:00pm flight, cleared security, and got to the counter by 2:00pm—just after boarding started.
She called IndiGo's check-in process "confusing," since online and kiosk check-ins were blocked even though booking was open.
Airline offered condolences, but netizens are on Nikita's side
IndiGo offered condolences but said their counters close 60 minutes before departure and Nikita was late.
They claim they suggested alternatives which she declined.
