    Adlabs Imagica, Mumbai

    The central idea of a theme park is to create a happy escape through fantastical-looking world. And, no other park in India meets this quality better than the Adlabs Imagica in Mumbai. Opened in 2013, Adlabs is India's big-budget, world-class adventure park. Modeled on the iconic Universal Studios, it has as many as 25 themed rides, the country's largest roller-coaster and 4D simulation rides.

    Wonderla, Bengaluru

    One of the largest chain of adventure parks in India, Wonderla is a great place to spend a thrilling weekend. It has over 50 rides, including water-based ones; for small children as well as many high-thrill rides. It also has an indoor dance floor with psychedelic laser lights and a rain system with showers of warm water.

    Kingdom of Dreams, Gurugram

    Next up on our list is the amazing Kingdom of Dreams located in Gurugram, near Delhi. As we said before, theme parks are about celebrating life and KoD is testimony to it. It brings to life the many diverse and vibrant cultures of India. Further, the place has a marvelous architecture and an amazing line-up of street performers and live productions to offer.

    Ramoji Film City, Telangana

    If movie sets fascinate you, Ramoji Film City is one place you must check out. You can experience how a movie set works, as countless films are shot here round the year. What's more, the Ramoji Film City also offers a variety of activities like paintball, bungee-jump, zorbing, etc. You can also check out the live shows and the eco zone.

    Essel World, Mumbai

    One of the largest adventure parks around, the fun-filled Essel World was established in 1999. It has more than 30 thrilling rides, a bowling alley, ice-skating ring and a dance room. Further, it has a water kingdom with water rides and a great wave pool. So, if you have been craving for a break, head to one of these theme/adventure parks. Have fun!
