The probe panel, investigating former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa's death, released a voice note to the media, where she said blood pressure of 140/80 was normal for her.
The Justice A Arumughaswamy Commission of Inquiry, probing circumstances leading to late leader's hospitalization, released clip on Saturday.
Dr Sivakumar recorded Jayalalithaa's voice on September 27, 2016, at Apollo Hospital, he said in his deposition.
Jayalalithaa's last words: What she told the doctor
Dr Sivakumar recorded her voice when Jayalalithaa had breathing problems. She was admitted to the Apollo Hospital on September 22, 2016.
The beep sounds of the monitor are also audible in the 1: 07-minute long audio clip.
Amid heavy breathing, Jayalalithaa told Sivakumar to not download the application (meant to record her wheezing) if it was getting complicated.
Jayalalithaa said voice of breathing similar to elated fans
Dr Sivakumar said Jayalalithaa identified deities after her tracheostomy procedure in October 2016.
Talking about her breathing, Jayalalithaa told the physician the sound was similar to that of fans of theatres.
In another 33-second audio, Dr Sivakumar informed Jayalalithaa her wheezing wasn't intense at that point in time.
VK Sasikala's counsel N Raja Senthoor Pandian said Dr Sivakumar's submission was marked as an exhibit.
Jayalalithaa was conscious of her diet plan
Dr Sivakumar also submitted a note written by the former CM in green ink. The chart showed Jayalalithaa was conscious of her diet plan.
Her day began at 4:55 AM with "lotus water".
For breakfast, she had one idli, four slices of bread, tender coconut water of 230 ml and 400 ml of coffee between 5:05 am and 5:35 am.
What Jayalalithaa had for lunch and dinner
For lunch, Jayalalithaa had written basmati rice 1 1/2 cups, one cup yoghurt and 1/2 bowl of muskmelon. Her dinner included walnut and dry fruits (1/2 cup), idli or one cup upma, one dosai, two slices of bread, 200 ml milk and anti-diabetic tablets.
