BJP hasn't developed any UPA project: Rahul in Amethi

Yesterday, Rahul Gandhi criticized BJP for not developing projects launched by the UPA government. Speaking in Amethi, he alleged nothing at the Centre or the state progressed under BJP. Rahul said, "National highway chodiye, Narendra Modi ki sarkar mein national highway ki nali bhi nahi ban sakti. (Forget national highway, even a drain of the national highway couldn't be constructed under Narendra Modi's government)."

BJP doesn't care about the development of Hindustan: RaGa

Rahul claimed that UPA sanctioned a Central School for Amethi but it hasn't been started yet. He also promised to upgrade the primary health care center in the area and a community health centre during a meeting with the project monitoring committee on Tuesday. He said that while his government talked about development of Amethi, BJP has neither developed Amethi nor "Hindustan".

Jaitley helped Mallya to run away with Rs. 9,000cr: Rahul

The Congress President also alleged that Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had allowed Vijay Mallya, to run away with Rs. 9,000 crore instead of telling the CBI, and is now imposing taxes and demonetization on common people. He further added that under Modi government, monetary benefits were being enjoyed by only the luckier bunch like Mallya, Nirav Modi, Anil Ambani, Mehul Choksi, and Lalit Modi.

Rahul urges people to bring back Congress to power

Though his party is not in power, Rahul promised that he'll pressurize the government to get work done for Amethi, and subtly added that the same would be done much easily once UPA comes back to power. Additionally, Rahul inaugurated 16 mobile electricity transformers for rural areas and laid the foundation stones of road, shelter, and community hall projects from his MP LAD fund.
