The sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections has concluded and Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi and her husband Robert Vadra cast their votes in Delhi on Sunday. However, their son, 19-year-old Rehan who would have voted for the first time in these elections, missed the voting. Priyanka said Rehan couldn't vote as he went back to London for his exams. Here's more.

Priyanka's son Rehan and daughter Miraya were seen accompanying her several times while the Congress leader was campaigning for the Lok Sabha elections. Her children also accompanied Rahul Gandhi to his roadshow in the Amethi constituency before filing his nomination papers. Priyanka, who joined Congress in January, said she didn't take an active role in the party earlier as her children were young.

Meanwhile, after casting his vote, Vadra tweeted a selfie showing his inked finger along with an inspirational message and an emoji of a tricolor flag. He, however, got trolled as he posted the wrong flag emoji. Instead of the Indian tricolor flag, he posted the Paraguayan tricolor. Vadra later posted another tweet with the Indian tricolor and deleted the one with the Paraguayan flag.

Vadra declared himself a Paraguayan citizen, says a netizen

Netizens trolled Vadra for posting the Paraguayan flag instead of the Indian flag. One remarked Vadra "declared himself a Paraguayan citizen" while another sarcastically suggested he might be searching for land in Paraguay, making a reference to the property-related case against him in Rajasthan's Bikaner. After Priyanka joined Congress, Vadra too expressed interest in joining politics saying Moradabad was the constituency of his choice.
