Codi's new AI platform cuts office management costs
Codi, a startup backed by Andreessen Horowitz and co-founded by Christelle Rohaut and Dave Schuman, just dropped a new AI-powered office management platform on October 21, 2025.
Originally known for connecting businesses with flexible office spaces since 2018, Codi now helps companies automate office logistics across multiple locations—a big shift from its early days.
From $80,000 a year to 0
Managing offices can get pricey (think $80,000+ a year), but Codi's platform takes care of things like vendor coordination and cleaning automatically.
Since its beta in May, it's already hit $100K in annual recurring revenue and signed up 40 new clients, including TaskRabbit.
By connecting users with a curated network of vendors, Codi makes office operations way simpler and more affordable for today's businesses.
