Gemini can now analyze your Google Docs, Sheets, and emails

Gemini Deep Research just got a major upgrade—it can now pull info from Gmail, Google Chat, and Google Drive.
So instead of just searching the web or PDFs, you can analyze your own Docs, Slides, Sheets, emails, and chats all in one place.
It's a handy way to get both private and public insights without bouncing between apps.

How to connect Gmail, Drive, and Chat to Gemini

With these new features, you can dig into team brainstorming docs, emails, and project plans to spot trends or compare your strategies with what's out there on the web.
Just head to the "Sources" dropdown in Gemini's Tools menu to connect Gmail, Drive, or Chat.
The update is live on gemini.google.com now—and coming soon to the mobile app—making research way more streamlined for everyone.
