Google Account web page gets a fresh Material 3 makeover
Google has rolled out a new look for its Account settings page on the web, bringing in the Material 3 Expressive design.
The update swaps out the old multicolor logo for sleek monochrome text and adds a very light gray background with a blue tint—giving everything a cleaner, more modern vibe.
What's new and different?
The sidebar now pops with colorful icons and pill-shaped highlights, while your profile info (avatar, name, email) is front and center.
Quick links make it easy to manage passwords, check devices, view activity history, or access Gmail.
Everything's grouped into tidy white cards with rounded corners for less clutter.
Easier navigation & more helpful sections
New sections like Family Group and Your devices are now built in—no more hunting around.
Some less-used cards have been dropped to keep things simple.
This update matches the card-based layout you might've seen on Android recently.
Part of Google's bigger style upgrade
This redesign isn't just for Accounts—Material 3 Expressive is rolling out across Gmail, Messages, Wallet, and more.
Expect bolder colors, smoother animations, and clearer layouts everywhere you use Google apps.
