    What's the story

US camera maker GoPro has launched its GoPro Fusion action camera in India at Rs. 60,000.

The camera, announced last year in the US market, is capable of recording 360-degree footage in 5.2K resolution at 30 frames-per-second.

This premium waterproof (up to 5m) action camera comes only in a black color variant.

Here's more about the GoPro Fusion.

    Specifications

GoPro Fusion spherical camera features two CMOS sensors

The GoPro Fusion uses two CMOS sensors, one on each side, to offer a total of 18-megapixels to shoot 360-degree spherical footage.

Additionally, the camera is compatible with microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC cards, and has a monochrome LED display to show camera settings.

You also get a carrying case, a Fusion Grip stick which doubles up as a tripod stand, and a USB cable.

    Information

Strangely, GoPro Fusion offers no inbuilt storage

In order to operate, the GoPro Fusion requires two high-performance microSD cards at all times. The action cam also offers 360-degree audio recording and supports voice commands. You also get GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi connectivity, a USB Type-C port, and a battery with fast charging support.

    Shoot. Edit. Share.

GoPro has a new Mobile OverCapture feature for its app

GoPro also has updated its GoPro mobile app (both iOS and Android) with a new Mobile OverCapture feature.

"The OverCapture feature allows users to re-frame and save traditional fixed-perspective videos punched out from the large 360-degree video," said GoPro.

With the GoPro App, users will be able to control the Fusion camera, live preview shots, and edit and share content right from their devices.
