ISRO's ambitious 2026 launch plan falters as 6 missions delayed
ISRO had big plans for 2026, aiming to launch seven major space missions by March.
But so far, only one has actually taken off: six are still unfulfilled, including PSLV C62 and GSLV-F17.
The delays mean ISRO's packed schedule is now looking a bit less ambitious.
IRNSS-1F clock failure and Gaganyaan success
There's been a hiccup with India's navigation satellites too: the atomic clock on IRNSS-1F stopped working, so only three IRNSS satellites currently have working atomic clocks right now.
On the bright side, ISRO just completed a successful engine test for its Gaganyaan human spaceflight project.
Plus, ISRO is teaming up with AIIMS on space medicine and has signed a new deal with the European Space Agency to boost Earth observation work, showing that collaboration is still very much alive despite the setbacks.
