    What's the story

    Expanding its tablets' line-up, Lenovo has launched the Tab V7 in India at a starting price of Rs. 12,990.

    The tablet comes with a full-HD+ display, single rear camera, 5,180mAh battery, LTE support, and entry-level internals.

    Notably, it will be up for grabs starting August 1 via Flipkart and will soon be available on other major online and offline retail channels.

    Lenovo Tab V7: At a glance

    Up front, the Lenovo Tab V7 features a conventional rectangular display with sizeable bezels around the screen. On the rear side, the matte-finished panel houses a single camera and a physical fingerprint scanner.

    Further, the tablet sports a 6.95-inch LCD display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2160 pixels) resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio, and 350ppi pixel density.

    On the imaging front, the Lenovo Tab V7 houses a single 13MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera. The main camera offers a bunch of photography features like HDR, panorama, autofocus, night shot, and is capable of recording 1080p videos at 30fps.

    The Lenovo Tab V7 is fueled by a Snapdragon 450 octa-core chipset, paired with 3GB/4GB RAM, and 32GB/64GB of internal storage (expandable upto 128GB).

    Under the hood, the tablet runs on Android Pie OS and packs a 5,180mAh battery that is claimed to offer upto 30 hours of talk time.

    Moreover, it gets dual stereo speakers and supports cellular calling.

    The Lenovo Tab V7 offers all latest connectivity options including dual-SIMs (Nano), 4G support, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Lastly, it gets all standard sensors including accelerometer, proximity, and compass.

    In India, the Lenovo Tab V7 starts at Rs. 12,990 for the entry-level 3GB/32GB variant and goes upto Rs. 14,990 for the top-end model with 4GB/64GB configuration.

    The tablet is slated to go on sale in India starting August 1 via Flipkart and will soon be available across all major online and offline retail channels.
