OnePlus and Star Wars fans at the Bengaluru Comic Con had an unexpected surprise: the mobile company has announced a limited OnePlus 5T Star Wars edition! It will be launched on December 14 and will go on sale the next day, when 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' releases. Tickets to the launch event are priced Rs. 999. Here's all you need to know.

What you get with the OnePlus 5T
The 5T features a 6.01-inch 1080p Optic AMOLED full-screen immersive display, minimal bezels, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, it comes in two variants: 6GB/8GB RAM (Rs. 32,999) and 64GB/128GB (Rs. 37,999). It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat-based OxygenOS 4.7 and packs a massive 3,300mAh battery that supports "Dash Charging" to deliver 19% battery in only 6 minutes.

Star Wars special edition reportedly exclusive to India!
There is speculation the Star Wars edition will be exclusively available in India (only OnePlus India Twitter account has announced the device). The exterior will feature a black OnePlus logo at the back, a red Star Wars logo at the bottom and customized software themed on Star Wars. It will go on sale on Amazon India, oneplusstore.in and OnePlus experience zones.

The special device will be launched at an event in IMAX Wadala, Mumbai, on December 14. Tickets will be available on Paytm starting December 7, 10am, at Rs. 999 each.
