Chinese smartphone maker Realme has finally launched the much-awaited Realme X smartphone in India at Rs. 16,999. The key highlights of the handset include its all-screen design, AMOLED display, pop-up selfie camera, in-screen fingerprint sensor, and mid-level internals. Let's take a look at the Realme X
The Realme X features an all-screen design achieved by adopting a pop-up selfie camera. On the rear, the gradient finished glass panel houses dual cameras and LED flash. The phone sports a 6.53-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. Moreover, the company is also offering the Naoto Fukasawa collection of the Realme X with Garlic and Onion finishes.

On the imaging front, the Realme X houses a dual camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/1.7) main sensor and a 5MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. The phone sports a 16MP (f/2.0) front-facing camera packed in a pop-up module. Moreover, the main camera is capable of recording 4k videos at 30fps while the selfie camera can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps.

Realme X is powered by a Snapdragon 710 processor, paired with upto 8GB RAM and upto 128GB of storage. Under the hood, it is backed by a 3,765mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 (20W) fast-charging support. The smartphone offers all the standard sensors and connectivity options including support for dual-SIMs (Nano), Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, and a USB Type-C port.

The Realme X costs Rs. 16,999 for the 4GB/128GB storage variant, while the 8GB/128GB storage model is priced at Rs. 19,999. The Onion and Garlic models, available in solo 8GB/128GB configuration, cost Rs. 19,999. Lastly, buyers can get free Paytm First membership worth Rs. 750 by ordering the phone via Realme online store and 10% discount on payments using SBI credit card.
