    What's the story

As its first ever flagship smartphone, Realme has launched the X2 Pro in India at a starting price of Rs. 29,999.

The handset, which went official in China last month, comes with 50W SuperVOOC fast-charging technology, is touted to fully charge the 4,000mAh battery in 35 minutes.

Besides that, the phone also offers 64MP quad rear cameras, 90Hz display, and top-of-the line internals.

    Design and display

Realme X2 Pro: At a glance

The Realme X2 Pro offers a familiar waterdrop notched design featuring an edge-to-edge screen with an ultra-slim bottom bezel, offering nearly 92% screen-to-body ratio.

On the rear, the gradient finished glass panel houses quad camera unit and dual-LED flash.

Further, the phone sports a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint reader.

    Cameras

The smartphone offers 64MP quad rear cameras for shutterbugs

The quad rear camera setup on the Realme X2 Pro comprises a 64MP (f/1.8) main sensor, 13MP (f/2.5) telephoto lens, 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor.

    For selfies, there is a 16MP (f/2.0) front-facing snapper.

Also, the main camera supports 4K video recording at 30fps, while the selfie snapper can record 1080p videos at 30fps.

    Internals

    Under the hood

The Realme X2 Pro is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 855 Plus octa-core processor, paired with upto 12GB RAM and upto 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage.

Under the hood, it packs a 4,000mAh battery with SuperVOOC Flash Charge (50W) fast-charging technology, which promises a full charge in 35 minutes.

The smartphone also offers performance-enhancement features like Hyperboost 2.0 and vapor cooling (VC) system.

    Pricing

A look at the pricing and offers

The Realme X2 Pro costs Rs. 29,999 for the entry-level 8GB/128GB model and Rs. 33,999 for the 12GB/256GB variant.

Buyers can avail 10% cashback using HDFC Bank debit cards, no-cost EMI options for upto 6 months, and Rs. 11,500 benefits from Reliance Jio.

Moreover, Realme will be offering Realme Buds Wireless earphones worth Rs. 1,799 for free (valid on first sale only).

    Availability

And, when will it go on sale?

The Realme X2 Pro will go on its first sale starting 12pm November 26 via Flipkart and Realme.com, which will be live till November 27 (11:59pm).

However, this sale will be exclusive to Blind Order registered users and invite-only customers, meaning you will have to claim your invites from the aforementioned websites from November 21 to November 23 between 12pm to 12:30pm.

    Master Edition

The company has also introduced Realme X2 Pro Master Edition

Alongside the Realme X2 Pro, the company has also launched Realme X2 Pro Master Edition, which has been created by Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa.

The handset gets frosted glass protection and comes with Brick and Cement finish. However, internally, it remains the same as the Realme X2 Pro.

It costs Rs. 34,999 for the solo 12GB/256GB model and will go on sale in December.
