Samsung's 2026 lineup includes world's 1st 1,040Hz gaming monitor
Along with the Odyssey 3D, Samsung is also launching the Odyssey G6 G60H. This monitor is touted as the world's first gaming monitor with a refresh rate of up to 1,040Hz. The device supports this ultra-fast refresh rate only in HD resolution while its native resolution of 1440p still offers speeds up to an impressive 600Hz. It also supports AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync technologies for an enhanced gaming experience.

Samsung's Odyssey G8 monitors offer high refresh rates
Samsung has also unveiled three new Odyssey G8 monitors. The 32-inch G80HS model offers a 6K resolution with refresh rates up to 165Hz (or 330Hz at 3K). The other two models are the 27-inch G80HF with a resolution of up to 5K and speeds up to an impressive 180Hz (or 360Hz at 1440p) and one with a standard OLED display offering up to an impressive refresh rate of up to 240Hz.
