Jitesh only behind Klaasen 

Over 950 of Jitesh's IPL runs have come as a designated keeper. His strike rate in this regard is a healthy 156-plus. Among batters with at least 900 IPL runs as a designated gloveman, only Heinrich Klaasen (165-plus) has a better strike rate. The 32-year-old has played just three IPL games as a non-keeper, scoring 50 runs.

Historic knock 

A solitary 50-plus score in the league 

Jitesh's only 50-plus score in the IPL is an unbeaten 85 off just 33 balls against Lucknow Super Giants last year. His efforts helped RCB chase down a 228-run target in Lucknow. As per Cricbuzz, this remains the highest score for a batter at Number 6 or lower in successful IPL run-chases. Jitesh operated at six in that game.
