Haley Matthews (77) and Nat Sciver-Brunt's (77) fifties powered the win, scripting their third 100-plus stand in WPL history. The duo forged a 113-run partnership. Delhi Capitals' opening pair Meg Lanning and Shafali Verma have recorded three century stands. According to ESPNcricinfo, Lanning and Verma have added 1,207 runs as a pair. This includes a record 162-run stand against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in 2023, the highest in WPL history. The duo also boast an impressive partnership average of 48.28 across 26 innings.

3 - Haley Matthews, Nat Sciver-Brunt 

As mentioned, Matthews and Sciver-Brunt registered their third 100-plus stand in WPL history during the aforementioned match. Meanwhile, their first century stand came in 2023 against RCB. Notably, this is also their second 100-plus partnership for the second wicket in the ongoing season. They have added 763 runs at a pair at 42.38. This also includes three half-century stands.
