    Chelsea extended their winning streak to 13 consecutive games after a 4-2 win over Stoke City in the Premier League on Saturday.

    Gary Cahill opened the account for the Blues with a 34th minute goal before Willian scored two goals in the 57th and 65th minutes.

    Diego Costa scored his 14th goal of the season in the 85th minute.

    Ranked 15th, the defending champions Leicester City pulled out their fifth win matches after they defeated West Ham United 1-0. Islam Slimani's header in the 20th minute gave the Foxes their second win in the last 10 matches.

    Liverpool ended the year finishing second on the points table after registering a 1-0 win over third placed Manchester City.

    The Reds took a 8th minute lead with a clinical header from Dutchman Georginio Wijnaldum.

    Pep Guardiola's men tried to create chances in the second half but Liverpool had a plan for counter attack.

    A late header from Ross Barkley in the 84th minute denied Hull City a win at the KCOM Stadium in Hull. Everton's Michael Dawson and Robert Snodgrass scored a goal each, with their goalkeeper David Marshall scoring a self goal in the first-half stoppage time.
