Table toppers Chelsea will take on Tottenham Hotspur at the White Hart Lane in the final match of the Week 20 of Premier League.
The Hotspurs have had a four match winning streak while Chelsea are enjoying a streak of 13 match wins.
However, Chelsea have not won a match at the White Hart since October 2012.

Arsenal make a dramatic comeback to draw 3-3 with Bournemouth

The Gunners made a fighting comeback in the last 30 minutes against Bournemouth for a 3-3 draw.
Charlie Daniels, Callum Wilson and Ryan Fraser scored a goal each for Bournemouth.
Arsenal's comeback started with a 70th minute header from Alexis Sanchez. Lucas Pérez made it 3-2 in the 75th minute, while Olivier Giroud scored the equalizer in the second minute of stoppage time.

Late goal from Rangel gets Swansea a 2-1 win

It was Angel Rangel's first goal since May 2013 for Swansea City and it came at a perfect time for his team.
His 88th minute goal gave Swansea a 2-1 win over Crystal City; the win would also lift them from the bottom most position at the Premier League.
Swansea was playing in front of their new boss Paul Clement for the first time.

The Potters defeated Watford 2-0 at the bet365 Stadium in Stoke on Tuesday night.
Captain Ryan Shawcross gave the home side the lead three minutes into first-half injury time, while the lead was doubled by Peter Crouch in the 49th minute.
