Reports from Spain state that Lazio's Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is a top target for La Liga champions Barcelona. Barcelona have had an eye on him for years now but Lazio's €80 million valuation has turned Barca's heads away.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Juventus are all reportedly keen on acquiring the services of Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin. Arsenal will be set for a major revamp this summer with a new manager set to take over and Bellerin could be put up in the transfer marker for as little as €45 million.
