What's the story

Kings XI Punjab take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in match number 48 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019. Fans, who are playing Dream11, will be looking to pick the winning team. We decode the same here.

Batting

Warner, Gayle are the headline assets of this side

Orange Cap holder David Warner leads this Dream11 unit. He has been in scintillating form this season and is a threat for KXIP. Warner gets support from 'Universe Boss' Chris Gayle, who is the vice-captain. Gayle has enjoyed batting in IPL 12. Mayank Agarwal and Manish Pandey will look to continue piling on the runs. KXIP's Nicholas Pooran is the wicket-keeper batsman.

Information

A look at the two experienced all-rounders

Spin kings Shakib Al Hasan and R Ashwin are the two all-rounders of this side. Both these experienced stars are value for the money and can chip in to aid their respective teams. Ashwin in particular has been consistent this season.

Bowlers

A look at the four-man bowling attack

We go with an in-form bowling attack to provide the right balance. Rashid Khan leads the bowling quartet, He will be decisive in stopping the run-flow. Murugan Ashwin joins him as the second spinner. We have gone in with two main pacers in the form of Khaleel Ahmed and Mohammed Shami. Khaleel has come in and performed wonderfully. Shami has continued to take wickets.

Predictions

Predicted Playing XI and possible winner

KXIP predicted starting XI: Gayle, KL Rahul, Mayank, Miller, Pooran (wicket-keeper), Mandeep, Ashwin (captain), Viljoen, Murugan, Shami and Tye. SRH predicted starting XI: Warner, Wriddhiman (wicket-keeper), Williamson (captain), Pandey, Shankar, Shakib, Rashid, Bhuvneshwar, Khaleel, Kaul and Nadeem. KXIP might pull this one. They will look to be the supreme side on a good batting surface. They will target SRH's shy middle order in particular.
