What's the story

Roman Reigns is 'The Guy' of WWE. He is currently in a highly-rated feud against Shane McMahon. While Shane has enjoyed an upper hand so far, it is mostly due to an assist from Drew McIntyre. As a result, Reigns is likely to get himself a partner to take care of the unwanted interference. Here, we analyze a few superstars who could join him.

The Miz

The A-Lister could make an AWESOME partner

Going by the current circumstances, Miz is the ideal name that comes to the mind. It was Miz, who was feuding against Shane a few weeks back. While Shane dominated both the times they fought, Miz isn't really done with him. Also, Shane is upset that Reigns punched his father, Vince, while Shane himself had hit Miz's father.

Braun Strowman

'Get these hands' with some Superman Punch

Braun Strowman is one of the top babyfaces in the company, as of now. Although both these men have had their differences in the past, Strowman respects Reigns. He also supported Reigns while he was battling Leukemia last year. In the same light, chances are high that WWE could bring this real-life friendship into play and make this feud even more interesting.

R-Truth

A 24x7 Tag-Team partner

R-Truth has had a number of targets on his back ever since he won the 24x7 Championship. While he would continue to have some as long as he is the champion, Shane has been plotting against him as well for the past couple of weeks. In fact, it was Reigns who allowed Truth to regain his Championship after losing to Elias. A 24x7 partner.

Finn Balor

A partner who can be The Demon when needed

Although Finn Balor, the reigning Intercontinental Champion, is currently feuding with Andrade, he has immense respect for Reigns. Moreover, Balor was previously a target of Elias and McIntyre, who are allies of Shane currently. Therefore, Balor too has some unfinished business with them, and he could very well align himself with Reigns to get the job done.

Seth Rollins

An old friend and Shield buddy

Although this looks unlikely, but it can't be ruled out. Rollins is currently the Universal Champion, and has targets on his back, in the form of Baron Corbin and Brock Lesnar. However, Reigns is his old Shield buddy, and Rollins won't tolerate the injustice against him for long. It won't be a surprise if he actually inserts himself into the feud, making it memorable.
