The mandatory Stan Lee cameo

As MJ prepares to leave, Stan Lee chips in saying he loved seeing Peter and MJ together. They were his favorites.
Spider Man 2
Sam Raimi Spider-Man lives on in our hearts
Spider-Man's game makes a brilliant reference to Spider-Man 2.
A little bit into the game, Spider-Man needs to quickly stop a moving subway after he encounters Mr. Negative.

The game refers to this by having Spider-Man remark how it worked the first time.
Who is the best boy in the Marvel universe?
Spider-Man's game shows fans, some brilliant visuals of New York City.
However, this is the city of Marvel's universe and accordingly, not everything is how we know them to be.
One of the most iconic sights in New York, the Charging Bull in front of Wall Street, is replaced by Lockjaw. Marvel fans will recognize this giant slobbering teleporter from the Inhumans story arc.
Don't you dare refuse this task
The Taskmaster is one of Marvel's lethal antagonists with mirror reflexes.
He can learn any movement immediately by seeing it. He has fought Spider-Man more than once.
In-game, he asks Spider-Man to complete various missions like beating thugs and chasing drones.
The purpose behind these challenges is to see Spidey's moves so Taskmaster can use them to take down Spider-Man.
How diabolic is that!
