Kohli has a staggering 64 centuries in international cricket
Kohli has been India's best batsman in both Tests and ODIs.
In 2018 as well, the 30-year-old finished as the leading run-scorer across both the formats.
Kohli has a habit of scoring centuries everywhere he plays.
The modern day legend has 25 Test tons.
Across both the formats, Kohli has an astounding 64 centuries.
He needs 34 more to register 100 tons.
Azharuddin feels Kohli is the most consistent batsman
Speaking to Aaj Tak, Azharuddin said that Kohli could reach 100 hundreds if he stays fit and praised the consistency level he brings.
"Virat Kohli's consistency level has been achieved by very few people. And I believe if he's fit, and if there's no injury, he can reach 100 hundreds. His consistency level is better than most players around the world," said Azhar.
Kohli only behind Sachin, Ponting in centuries scored
Kohli went past former Sri Lankan legend Kumar Sangakkara (63) for the most number of centuries scored across formats.
Kohli needs another eight more tons to go past Aussie legend Ricky Ponting (71).
Sachin Tendulkar has the most number of hundreds (100).
If Kohli keeps on going at this rate, then he could surpass Tendulkar one day.

Kohli has a knack of breaking Tendulkar's records
On Tuesday, Kohli got to his 39th ODI ton in 210 innings.
It took Tendulkar to achieve the same in a staggering 350 innings.
Kohli has already overtaken Tendulkar in many records over quite some time.
