Mourinho's tactics are not working
Mourinho was always known for his tactical mind and a habit of snatching away wins when it seemed impossible to do so.
However, at United, his tactics are not working at all, and they are losing matches they should have won easily.
There is no proper mid-field play, the defense is in shambles, and there is zero creativity while going forward.

Mourinho has spent money without seeing results
Since taking over the reigns of United, Mourinho has spent a good amount of money on acquiring players but he has not been able to extract good performance out of them.
Alexis Sanchez is the highest paid player in England and his gameplay can't justify the huge amount United are spending.
