WWE: Here are some unknown facts about Sasha Banks

Sasha Banks is one of the top female wrestlers in the WWE today. Being a four-time women's champion, Sasha has achieved some of the incredible feats in WWE and continues her quest to become one of the greatest. As she currently looks to make an impact as a heel, we take a look at some of her unknown facts to date.

Sasha's mother did not want her to watch wrestling

While Sasha had once admitted that she grew up watching Wrestling, especially the All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling (AJW), her mother was not in favor of it. In fact, every time she was watching her favorite wrestling show or the wrestlers, her mother would ask her to switch off the television, as she was not a fan of wrestling.

She is the cousin of Snoop Dogg

Everyone remembers Sasha making her grand entrance at WrestleMania 32, alongside famous rapper Snoop Dogg, who rapped for her entrance music. However, little does anyone know that there is a family connection to it. Dogg is actually the cousin of Sasha. Dogg took her to WWE live events and even once took her to the backstage at WrestleMania 24 while she was 16-year-old.

    She idolizes Eddie Guerrero

Eddie Guerrero was one of the trailblazers and inspired a number of WWE fans and wrestlers. Even Sasha was inspired by him as she continues to pay tribute to him by delivering his moves and even wearing ring attires inspired by him. Unfortunately, she could never meet him as he passed away in November 2005, while Sasha was in attendance at his memorial show.

She trained at Chaotic Training Center with full scholarship

Sasha was so obsessed with pro-wrestling that she was adamant on becoming a pro-wrestler. While she won a Tough Enough challenge by Chaotic Wrestling, she was roped in with a full scholarship at the Chaotic Training Center. Incidentally, she was the only woman in the training center back then, while the center has produced legendary wrestlers like John Cena and Kofi Kingston.

She is married to a fellow former wrestler

As for the fans of Sasha, we have some heartbreaking news. Sasha is already taken and she is already married to a fellow former wrestler known by the name of Sarath Ton. However, Ton has a sound skill of designing costumes and pursued it as a full-time profession, while he was roped in for the same by WWE. He also designs Sasha's costumes.
