Western Kabul, the hotbed for such attacks?

The attack which took place in western Kabul city, is the home to several prominent political leaders, such as Hazara leader Mohammad Mohaqiq. The place has been under scrutiny as it has been the scene of several attacks which includes suicide attack that killed prominent Shiite Muslim cleric Ramazan Hussainzada last month.
