What's the story
A Russian drone strike on the Dnipro railway station in Ukraine has left at least 13 people dead. The attack specifically targeted a platform where a train headed for Zaporizhzhia was parked, according to Ukrainian authorities. Oleksandr Ganzha, the governor of Dnipropetrovsk region, said at least five others were also injured in the incident. Moscow has shown no signs of moving toward de-escalation
Zelenskyy emphasized that Moscow has shown no signs of moving toward de-escalation, even after sanctions on certain Russian oligarchs and parts of the energy sector were lifted.
"How many such terrorist strikes has Russia launched against our people - even after sanctions were lifted from certain Russian oligarchs and the energy sector - instead of moving toward de-escalation?" he wrote.
