Chinese sedan outpaces supercars at Nurburgring
Xiaomi's SU7 Ultra prototype has set a new benchmark at Germany's legendary Nurburgring Nordschleife, finishing a lap in just 6 minutes and 22 seconds.
That makes it the fastest prototype ever on this track—outrunning even top supercars.
Powered by three motors and packing 1,548hp, it rockets from 0-100km/h in under two seconds and tops out at approximately 349km/h.

Limited 'Nurburgring edition' of the SU7 Ultra will be sold
To celebrate, Xiaomi is releasing a limited Nurburgring edition of the SU7 Ultra with racing upgrades like carbon fiber parts, Sparco bucket seats, and performance tires.
Only 100 will be made, each costing around $114,000—and heads up, they won't be available in the US.
