Honda Prelude coupe, ZR-V crossover, Elevate, City facelifts coming in 2026

Auto

Honda is bringing some excitement to India in 2026 with four big launches: the sporty Prelude coupe as a limited-edition import and ZR-V crossover as a CBU import, plus updated versions of the Elevate SUV and City sedan.
The Prelude lands in early 2026, while the ZR-V follows later that year.

What's cool about Prelude and ZR-V?

The Prelude coupe packs a hybrid setup—2.0L petrol engine plus two electric motors—for around 200hp, using some chassis components from the Civic Type R.
Expect it to cost about ₹80 lakh.
The ZR-V crossover comes with a 184hp hybrid engine, all-wheel drive, and modern screens inside, priced between ₹50-60 lakh.

Elevate and City: Familiar favorites get a glow-up

The Elevate SUV keeps its reliable petrol engine but gets subtle design and feature tweaks (₹11-17 lakh).
The City sedan gets its second facelift with Civic-inspired looks but sticks to its trusted petrol and hybrid options (₹12-20 lakh).

Why this matters for Honda fans

With these launches, Honda aims to flex its hybrid tech up top while keeping everyday favorites fresh for everyone else—a smart mix of style upgrades and future-ready features for Indian roads.
